Shipping & Delivery

How delivery works

Your order is dispatched within twenty-four hours of confirmation. As soon as it leaves us, your tracking number is sent to you by SMS and WhatsApp.

Delivery times

  • Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad: two to three working days
  • Rest of Pakistan: three to five working days
  • Remote areas: five to seven working days

Delivery charges

  • Orders above PKR 3,000: free delivery
  • Orders below PKR 3,000: flat PKR 250

Payment

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan — pay when the parcel reaches your hand. Card payments and bank transfers are also accepted.

Tracking your order

Once you have your tracking number, you can check the status on the courier's website. If anything looks wrong, send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will look into it straight away.
