Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within twenty-four hours of confirmation. Two to three working days to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad. Three to five working days elsewhere in Pakistan.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, across Pakistan. Card payments and bank transfers are also accepted.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders above PKR 3,000. Flat PKR 250 below that.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number is sent by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Products
Are these fragrances original?
Every bottle is an Ahmed Shehzad Co blend, made in small batches and shipped sealed. We are not a replica house and we do not sell copies of designer fragrances.
How long do they last?
All our fragrances are Eau de Parfum concentration, lasting about six to eight hours, depending on the blend and your skin. Each product page lists its fragrance notes.
Why are your fragrances priced at around Rs. 3,000?
Because every bottle is made with care, not rushed. We blend in small batches, use glass bottles, and pack each order by hand with a personal thank-you card. Our Eau de Parfum is built with a real base of woods, musk and amber, so it stays with you for six to eight hours, not just the first hour. Every bottle is sealed before it leaves us.
You are paying for what is inside the bottle, not for a famous name on the box.
Which one should I buy?
Tell us the occasion and the notes you like on WhatsApp and we will recommend one honestly, even if the answer is none of them yet.
Returns
Can I return a fragrance?
Sealed and unopened bottles can be exchanged within seven days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo or an unboxing video on WhatsApp and we will issue a full refund or a free replacement.
When will I get my refund?
Within three to five working days of the returned item being checked. Refunds on cash-on-delivery orders are sent by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
